To ensure the best results for your service, please arrive with your hair fully detangled and all braids or twists removed prior to your appointment. If detangling is required, a $30 preparation fee will be applied. 📍Hair must be 6 inches in length to receive a silk press or a smoothing treatment Salon Etiquette: • Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your scheduled service • A 10-minute grace period is extended for all guests • Arrivals 20 minutes late will require appointment cancellation and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service • To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests or outside food are permitted • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment •All first-time guests are required to book the New Client Experience Package for their initial visit.
