My time is valuable, and each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please take a moment to review my policies before booking. 💰 $50 BOOKING DEPOSIT A $50 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your total service balance and reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your $50 booking deposit. • If you reschedule with the required 48-hour notice, your $50 booking deposit may be transferred to your new appointment, provided the new appointment is scheduled and completed within 30 days of the original appointment date. • If the rescheduled appointment is not completed within the 30-day period, the $50 booking deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Deposits cannot be carried over indefinitely or applied to appointments scheduled more than 30 days from the original appointment date. • Repeated rescheduling may require payment in full before another appointment can be booked. Please understand that your deposit is intended to secure your appointment and is not meant to remain on file for an extended period of time. 🚫 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW No-call/no-shows are not tolerated. If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice: • Your $50 booking deposit will be forfeited. • You will be permanently removed from my online booking site. • You will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Bridgette Hair Boutique. Please respect the time that has been reserved exclusively for you. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted based on the remaining appointment time. • Arriving 20 minutes or more late will result in cancellation of the appointment and a 100% charge for the services booked. 🧖🏽‍♀️ HAIR PREPARATION Please arrive with your hair clean and completely detangled from roots to ends. If you are removing a protective style (braids, sew in, twists, etc.), please detangle the buildup at the root. Most clients come in with a few big twists and conditioner that allowed them to detangle with ease. There is a $35 charge if I have to detangle your hair before I shampoo and condition. 💇🏽‍♀️ SILK PRESS LENGTH REQUIREMENT To ensure the best possible results, hair must be at least 6 inches in length to receive a Silk Press service. Hair that does not meet the minimum length requirement may not be eligible for a Silk Press. If you are unsure whether your hair meets the requirement, please contact Bridgette Hair Boutique before booking your appointment. 💇🏽‍♀️Heat Styling Disclaimer: please understand when applying heat to your natural hair, there is always a chance that your curls will not revert back at 100%. While this does not happen very often, it is our responsibility to inform everyone of the possibility. Also, if you have not had your natural hair straightened in the past, there's is a possibility that swelling could happen if proper maintenance is not practiced. Exercise, humidity, rain/water & other factors will result in premature swelling 👥 GUEST POLICY To maintain a peaceful, private, and relaxing salon environment, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment. 🍽️ FOOD & DRINKS Please refrain from bringing outside food into the salon. Drinks are permitted as long as they have a secure lid. 🤒 ILLNESS POLICY If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to your appointment. If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, persistent coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Your health and the health of my other clients are important to me. 💳 PAYMENT Your $50 booking deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Via Zelle or Cash 🤎 YOUR APPOINTMENT IS YOUR COMMITMENT When you book an appointment with Bridgette Hair Boutique, you are reserving a specific time that has been set aside exclusively for you. Please understand that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations prevent that time from being offered to another client.
